Three HeadStuff Podcasts Shortlisted For the All Ireland Podcast Awards.

HeadStuff Podcasts are proud to announce that their podcasts Young Hot Guys, Listen, I’m Delicious and The G Spot with Grace Alice are shortlisted for the inaugural All Ireland Podcast Awards. The event that celebrates the best in Irish podcasting will be taking place on November 13th at The Woodlands Hotel & Spa, Adare, Co. Limerick.
‘The All-Ireland Podcast Awards celebrates the vibrant Irish podcasting scene, across the island of Ireland, and spotlights the nation’s most talented creators across genres. The awards will honour storytelling, innovation, and cultural impact, bringing industry and audiences together. This prestigious event showcases the very best of Ireland’s new voices and elevating these creators to national recognition.’
Young Hot Guys

Young Hot Guys hosted by comedians Tony Cantwell, Shane Daniel Byrne and Killian Sundermann has been a hit with Irish audiences since day one. Breaking the mold of typical ‘three men at a table’ podcasts, they offer a “soft,” “emotional,” and “not too blokey” comedic experience. A typical episode of Young Hot Guys might cover anything from discussions on the latest in politics, to scented candles or an absurdist satire of Irish daytime radio chat.
Since its launch in 2023, Young Hot Guys continues to grow, with two sold-out shows at The Olympia Theatre in January 2025. The guys have also taken the show to London’s Leicester Square Theatre, Electric Picnic, The Cork Opera House and much more. With their biggest gig yet coming up in The National Stadium this November, there is nothing stopping them.
Young Hot Guys is shortlisted in the Entertainment category.
Listen, I’m Delicious

When Ireland’s TikTok sensation and national treasure Garron Noone launched Listen, I’m Delicious in October 2024, the response was nothing short of phenomenal. Within days of release, the podcast shot straight to the top of the Irish charts, holding the number one spot and cementing Garron’s status as one of the country’s most exciting new voices in entertainment.
Season one welcomed an impressive lineup of guests from across Irish culture, including Roz Purcell, Alan Clarke, Michael Fry, Lauren Whelan, Eric Roberts, and Ciarán Dunne. Each episode offered listeners a new flavour of conversation, underpinned by Garron’s natural curiosity and charisma. It is this blend of celebrity, comedy, and everyday relatability that made the podcast an instant hit with audiences nationwide.
Listen I’m Delicious is shortlisted in the Entertainment category.
The G Spot with Grace Alice

The G Spot with Grace Alice is a sex and intimacy podcast, built entirely on open, honest, and deeply engaging conversations. As a sex and intimacy specialist, Grace brings professional expertise and a warm, approachable style to every episode, creating a safe space where guests feel empowered to share their experiences and where listeners feel less alone. The G Spot is actively breaking down stigma, busting outdated sex myths, and sparking important conversations about sex and relationships in a way that is very rarely done on an Irish platform.
The G Spot has not shied away from deep conversations, with Grace discussing topics like navigating libido during menopause with TV icon Lorraine Keane, performance pressure with writer and poet Daragh Fleming and supporting a partner after an assault with activist Natasha O’Brien. But it’s not all DMCs – there is plenty of fun at The G Spot too! For example, Grace has laughed about awkward vibrator experiences with comedian Justine Stafford, getting the ick with TikTok star Lauren Whelan, and terrible pillow talk with presenter Pádraig Wilson McCarthy.
The G Spot is shortlisted in the Entertainment category.
Winners will be announced on Thursday November 13th. Make sure to check out Young Hot Guys, The G Spot and Listen I’m Delicious.
