Yes, the buffoonery and bloviating that comes from the Oval Office can be quite distracting, but there is so much more to running the United States than the antics of the tangerine toddler.  The US Houses of Congress creates laws, holds governmental hearings, conducts investigations, and serves as the voice of the people. On November 6th, American citizens will vote in the midterm elections for the Congressmen/women and Senators they wish to represent them.  Will the Republicans keep their hold on the governments legislative branch?
