• Accounts: You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please provide accurate information; impersonating others is strictly prohibited.

3. HeadStuff+ & Payments

Our subscription service, HeadStuff+, allows you to support creators and access premium content.

• Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges including applicable taxes and fees.
• Creator Support: Your chosen show(s) at the time of subscription will receive your support unless you update your preferences in your account settings.
• Changes: We may occasionally update available shows or content. If a show you support ceases production, we will notify you and may adjust your show list.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period from the start of your service to request a full refund.
• No Refunds After 14 Days: Due to the nature of our creator payouts, we cannot honor refund requests after the 14-day window.
• Cancellations: You can cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property
